Inclusion Criteria
All consenting adults who are planned to undergo living donor liver transplant with platelet counts less than or equal to 75000/uL preoperatively
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients who do not consent
2. ALF & ACLF
3. Pediatric Transplant recipients
4. History of allergy to papaya
5. Preoperative platelet counts >75000/uL
6. Recent history of DVT
7. Presence of portal vein thrombosis
