- •1. Patients having T3, T4 oral cavity cancer
- •2. Carcinoma of tongue requiring resection of 2/3rd part of tongue or oral cavity carcinoma meriting resection of genial tubercle (middle third segmental mandibulectomy or extended mandibulectomy)
- •3. Age above 18 years
- •4. Treatment naive
排除标准
- •1. Age <18 years
- •2. Not receiving surgical treatment at TMH
- •3. Not giving consent for study
- •4. Unwilling for follow up at TMH
- •5. Non-squamous histology
- •6. Patients having prior tracheostomy
