Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18 years or over
2. Moderate to severe ARDS, according to BERLIN criteria
3. Require esophageal manometry and electrical impedance tomography according to physicians' discretion.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy
2. Intra-abdominal hypertension
3. Morbid obesity
