Inclusion Criteria

1 Subjects of both sex (Male and Female) will be taken.

2 Age groups (25 years â?? 65 years).

3 Laboratory Confirmed Type -2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Subjects of ageless than 25 years and 65 years.

2 Pregnant woman

3 Subjects with malignancy and those with advance liver or kidney diseases.

4 People who are cognitively impaired/ having mental disorder.

5 Menstruating women.

6 Patients suffering with wrist injury.

7 Patients suffering with heart disease and high blood pressure patients.

8 Patients suffering with back problem.

9 Patients suffering with Arthritis.

The dose of medicine for type 2 diabetes patients can be reduced with the constant practice of Surya <br/ ><br>Namaskar and intake of proper diet. Blood sugar level can be controlled by continuous practice <br/ ><br>of Surya Namaskar and regular consumption of little millet.
