Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \>18 years
- •2\.CKD stage 4\-5D undergoing upper limb AVF creation (radiocephalic, brachiocephalic or brachiobasilic fistula)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Inability to perform the physical exercise protocol due to physical or mental disability
- •2\.Pre\-existing failed AVF in the same limb
- •3\.Patient with immediate vascular access failure (an access that has either no appearance of or a loss of bruit or thrill within 72 hours of creation) (as per North American Vascular Access Consortium (NAVAC) definition)
