Inclusion criteria
? 65 years of age or older
? ASA class II, III
? Patients who have fully explained the purpose and contents of this study before participating in the study and signed a written consent form that has been approved by the research ethics review committee of the institution to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria
? Under 65 years
? Past history of nasal obstruction
? Abnormal anatomical structure of the nasal cavity
? intranasal bleeding
? Warfarin, steroid use
? BMI 30 or higher
? ASA IV or higher
? Vulnerable subjects (those who lack medical ability, are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant)
