Inclusion Criteria

  • Inclusion criteria
  • ? 65 years of age or older
  • ? ASA class II, III
  • ? Patients who have fully explained the purpose and contents of this study before participating in the study and signed a written consent form that has been approved by the research ethics review committee of the institution to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria
  • ? Under 65 years
  • ? Past history of nasal obstruction
  • ? Abnormal anatomical structure of the nasal cavity
  • ? intranasal bleeding
  • ? Warfarin, steroid use
  • ? BMI 30 or higher
  • ? ASA IV or higher
  • ? Vulnerable subjects (those who lack medical ability, are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant)
