This is a prospective cross sectional study that aims to explore the experiences and challenges faced by occupational therapists in conducting work skills assessment for people with mental illness by identifying the commonly used work skills assessment tools and frameworks / models used by them. The proposed sample is 12 occupational therapists working in India with minimum 1 year of clinical experience. The outcome will be the patterns and trends that emerge from the data which will be organized into themes. These themes will help to explain the phenomena being studied.
