入选标准
- •elective abdominal hysterectomy
排除标准
- •a)Uterine malignancies
- •b)History of allergy or hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, aspirin, NSAIDS OR COX -2 inhibitors
- •c)Weight < 30 kg
- •d)Coagulopathies
- •e)History of gastrointestinal bleed within 6 weeks of study
- •f)Creatinine clearance <70 ml/min, oligouriaor on dialysiswithin 28 days prior to surgery
- •g)Patient on Warfarin, lithium or combination of ACE inhibitor and frusemide
- •h)Other associated illness including neurological, endocrinal, cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hepatic, psychiatric disorder.
- •i)Patients on opioids and chronic NSAIDS.
