Inclusion Criteria
Postmenopausal women (permanent cessation of menstruation within 5years) of age 45 years to 60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Who are not willing to participate in the study and women who are sick or terminally ill.

Name Time Method There will be improvement in the quality of life of post-menopausal women in the proposed group and effectiveness of lifestyle related interventions can be measured. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The out come will be assessed in baseline and six months after the intervention will be given.
