In this study, it refers to the nurse’s view on the perceived performance of clinical leadership in nursing practice and this will be measured by modified CLeeNA tool. In this study, nursing refers to all cadres of RNs and RMs working in clinical areas with one year of clinical experience in Fortis Hospitals.
