1. Male and female subjects between the ages of 19 and 75 years
2. Those diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes
3. Those with symptoms of diabetes-related complications
4. Those who would agree to participate in this trail after being duly informed about the purpose and nature of the study and provide their written, informed consent
1. Those deemed ineligible to participate in this clinical trial by the investigator due to the following diseases
-Cerebrovascular diseases (stroke, cerebral infarction, brain tumors, vascular malformations, etc.); heart diseases (myocardial infarction, angina, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, etc.); and those diagnosed with malignant tumors
-Acute and chronic liver disease
-Hemorrhagic disease
-Drug dependence and alcoholism
--Active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases
2. Those with HbA1c level greater than 11%
3. Those following irregular medication use for blood glucose control, within the past 4 weeks (within ±25% of dosage change for the default drug)
4. Those who have received herbal medicine treatment (acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, herbal medicine) within the past 4 weeks
5. Those who have participated in another clinical trial in the past 3 months
6. Pregnant or lactating women as well as those planning to conceive
7. Others who have been deemed ineligible by the study investigator
