Inclusion Criteria
1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists Grade 1,2
2.Patients undergoing Infraumbilical surgeries under neuraxial blockade
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.ASA III, IV
3.Bleeding disorder
4.Deformities of spinal column
5.Mental disturbance or neurological disease
6.Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
7.Patients having inadequate Sub arachnoid blockade requiring supplementation by general anaesthesia.
8.Any contraindication to Neuraxial Blockade
9.Surgery involving major blood loss ( >20% of estimated blood volume)
