Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Permanently employed and contract basis vector control workers
  • under the Ministry of Health who are directly involved in fogging activities in the state of Perak.
  • 2\. Vector control workers working in the District Health Office (DHO) of Perak that are directly involved in fogging activities and able to read and understand Bahasa Malaysia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Vector control workers with hearing loss as due to other causes
  • besides work such as ear infection, perforated tympanic membrane and other conductive hearing loss conditions.
  • 2\. Administrative staff that are not involved in fogging activity.
