Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient with diagnosis of Head and neck cancer and thyroid cancer
2. ECOG performance status 0-2
3. Patient or caregiver have smartphone or tablet which can open youtube application

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient with history of neck trauma or surgery
2. Patient with history of neck dissection of contralateral side
3. Patient with history of RT neck area
4. Blind patient
5. Patient with underlying arthritis of neck which limit neck ROM
6. Patient undergoing operation which limit post operative neck ROM (eg. Tracheal resection with end to end anastamosis, microvascular surgery)
