Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient with diagnosis of Head and neck cancer and thyroid cancer
- •2\. ECOG performance status 0\-2
- •3\. Patient or caregiver have smartphone or tablet which can open youtube application
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient with history of neck trauma or surgery
- •2\. Patient with history of neck dissection of contralateral side
- •3\. Patient with history of RT neck area
- •4\. Blind patient
- •5\. Patient with underlying arthritis of neck which limit neck ROM
- •6\. Patient undergoing operation which limit post operative neck ROM (eg. Tracheal resection with end to end anastamosis, microvascular surgery)
