Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients undergoing elective surgery under subarachnoid block.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Refusal to consent
  • •Inability to lie down in lateral decubitus or sitting position
  • •Difficult back
  • •Previous spine surgery
  • •Obese patients with BMI \> 30
  • •Contraindication for subarachnoid block
