Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients undergoing elective surgery under subarachnoid block.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal to consent
- •Inability to lie down in lateral decubitus or sitting position
- •Difficult back
- •Previous spine surgery
- •Obese patients with BMI \> 30
- •Contraindication for subarachnoid block
