Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing elective surgery under subarachnoid block.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal to consent
Inability to lie down in lateral decubitus or sitting position
Difficult back
Previous spine surgery
Obese patients with BMI > 30
Contraindication for subarachnoid block
