Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Men and women between the ages of 18 and 40
- •More than 20 degrees reduction in hamstring flexibility based on PKET knee extension test
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of low back pain and lower limb neurological and orthopedic disorders in the past year
- •Participation in sports and stretching activities
- •Contraindications for dry needling
