Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Men and women between the ages of 18 and 40
  • More than 20 degrees reduction in hamstring flexibility based on PKET knee extension test

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of low back pain and lower limb neurological and orthopedic disorders in the past year
  • Participation in sports and stretching activities
  • Contraindications for dry needling
