Inclusion Criteria

Men and women between the ages of 18 and 40
More than 20 degrees reduction in hamstring flexibility based on PKET knee extension test

Exclusion Criteria

History of low back pain and lower limb neurological and orthopedic disorders in the past year
Participation in sports and stretching activities
Contraindications for dry needling
