1) Patients undergoing knee surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient refusal
2)Coagulopathy
3)Local infection at the site of injection, Neuropathy
4)Allergy to Local Anesthetics or other medications used in the study
5)Contraindications to neuraxial blockade like local infection, fixed cardiac output state like stenotic valvular lesions.
