Age greater than or equal to 65 years; Good cognitive status, score greater or equal 17 in the mini-questionnaire questionnaire of mental state; History of falls in the last 12 months; Fear of falling measured by the FES-I-Brazil questionnaire.
Arthroplasty, arthrodesis, or knee, ankle and or hip osteotomy; Those who refuse to participate in data collection; Inability to perform the proposed monopodal balance test and or protocol of intervention; Less than 80% of frequency in sessions.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Static balance before and after 2 months of intervention will be verified by force platform from the displacement in centimeters of the pressure center. Improvement in static balance is expected, characterized by a decrease in displacement in centimeters of the pressure center.
