renal of liver allograft recipient
-creatinine clearance > 30ml/min
Exclusion Criteria
- signs of acute rejection
- evidence of active systemic or localised major infection
-known or suspected malignancy ( exception skin malignancies)
- -renal arterial stenosis > 50 % reduction in luminal diameter
-hydronephros
