Age > 18 years old
Elective open major abdominal surgery
Estimated blood loss >500 ml
Expected operative time >120 min
Exclusion Criteria
Patients refuse consent
Gynecological surgery
Trauma
Septicemia
Heart failure
Cardiac arrhythmia
Poor peripheral circulation
Patient on pacemaker
Aortic valvular disease
Rapid high blood pressure from the vasoactive drug (Phenylephrine, Nicardipine)
esCCI < 2.5 L/min/m2
Renal impairment (CKD 4, 5)
