Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 18 years old
- •Elective open major abdominal surgery
- •Estimated blood loss \>500 ml
- •Expected operative time \>120 min
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refuse consent
- •Gynecological surgery
- •Heart failure
- •Cardiac arrhythmia
- •Poor peripheral circulation
- •Patient on pacemaker
- •Aortic valvular disease
- •Rapid high blood pressure from the vasoactive drug (Phenylephrine, Nicardipine)
- •esCCI \< 2\.5 L/min/m2
- •Renal impairment (CKD 4, 5\)
