Inclusion Criteria
Elective surgery on the foot or ankle in general anesthesia with moderate to severe postoperative pain to be expected
Patients >/= 18 years
Ability to consent and willingness to participate in the study
A written declaration of consent is available
Sufficient knowledge of German
Exclusion Criteria
Patients <18 years or unable to give consent

Name Time Method Integrated pain scores (IPS) within the first 24 hours: calculated from pain scores and morphine equivalents (MEQ), pain level taking into account any higher MEQ requirements.<br>'Rebound pain', defined as a significantly increased IPS value after the subjectively reported decay of regional anesthesia, which can be measured over a certain period in comparison to the control group.
