Overview
Brief Summary
This study developed a couple-centered prenatal education program for 4 sessions of education and counseling.And then we chose 33 pairs of pregnant couples who have their first pregnancy to apply it, and evaluate its feasibility. Primiparous pregnant couples who received this program reported higher scores of fetal attachment and confidence in infant care right after the program. Pregnant women also reported decreased levels of prenatal depression, stress, and fear of childbirth.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •More than 20 years old, married, couple, who have first pregnancy with 28 to 34 weeks of gestation
Exclusion Criteria
- •High risk pregnancy related disease or pre existing disease that may make a pregnancy complication : gestational diabetes, hypertension, placental and cervical problems
