- •Having at least an associate degree in nursing
- •Not having a history of mental and physical illnesses
- •Not having a history of taking psychiatric drugs
- •Not participating in the workshop on positive thinking or resilience skills
- •Having at least one year of experience in the emergency department
- •Willingness and satisfaction to participate in the research
- •Attending training sessions

- •Transfer and relocation from the emergency department
