Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Getting an average endurance score of less than fifty
- •Having at least an associate degree in nursing
- •Not having a history of mental and physical illnesses
- •Not having a history of taking psychiatric drugs
- •Not participating in the workshop on positive thinking or resilience skills
- •Having at least one year of experience in the emergency department
- •Willingness and satisfaction to participate in the research
- •Attending training sessions
Exclusion Criteria
- •Part\-time nurses or sick or on leave for more than one month
- •Part\-time nurses or sick or on leave for more than one month
- •Transfer and relocation from the emergency department
- •Unwillingness and consent to participate in the study
