Inclusion Criteria
Getting an average endurance score of less than fifty
Having at least an associate degree in nursing
Not having a history of mental and physical illnesses
Not having a history of taking psychiatric drugs
Not participating in the workshop on positive thinking or resilience skills
Having at least one year of experience in the emergency department
Willingness and satisfaction to participate in the research
Attending training sessions
Exclusion Criteria
Part-time nurses or sick or on leave for more than one month
Part-time nurses or sick or on leave for more than one month
Transfer and relocation from the emergency department
Unwillingness and consent to participate in the study
