Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients who undergone kidney transplantation in AIIMS.
- •2 Those who are willing to participate in study.
- •3 Those who are able to read and write Hindi or English
- •4 Patients in the age group of 18 \- 75
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients who undergone kidney transplantation more than six months
- •2 Those who have no smart phones.
- •3 Those who enrolled any structured teaching programme on home care after kidney transplantation.
- •4 Those who have various comorbidities
