Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patients who undergone kidney transplantation in AIIMS.
  • 2 Those who are willing to participate in study.
  • 3 Those who are able to read and write Hindi or English
  • 4 Patients in the age group of 18 \- 75

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patients who undergone kidney transplantation more than six months
  • 2 Those who have no smart phones.
  • 3 Those who enrolled any structured teaching programme on home care after kidney transplantation.
  • 4 Those who have various comorbidities
