Inclusion Criteria
In prehypertension as per the JNC VIII criteria (SBP between 120-139 mmHg and Diastolic between 80 -89 mmHg)
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women
Subjects reporting with history of CVD, respiratory, renal, gastrointestinal and liver diseases. (based on history & examination)
Having a significant neurological disturbance, psychiatric problem
Uncontrolled DM (by HBA1C)
