Intertrochanteric fracture that fixation by cephalomedullary nail
Intertrochanteric fracture that successful closed reduction
Older than 60 years old

Exclusion Criteria

severe comorbidity
ongoing infection near the surgical site
fail closed reduction
special population eg. pregnancy or lactation
