1) This was the first time and the duration of traumatic brain injury or stroke was in 1-6 months;
2) The clinical diagnosis was consistent with MCS;
3) The age was 18-80 years old;
4) It can cooperate with EEG examination and acupuncture treatment;
5) Sign informed consent.
1) The vital signs were unstable;
2) Obvious communicating or obstructive hydrocephalus;
3) Patients with severe brain stem injury or brain tumor;
4) Severe spasticity (leading to severe EMG interference);
5) There were severe cognitive impairment before onset.
