Inclusion Criteria
Patients who have persistent palmar pain for at least one month after carpal tunnel release surgery
Visual Analog Scale >5
Pain has not been improved with physical therapy.
Exclusion Criteria
Infection at the site of treatment
Pregnancy
Patients who have history of coagulopathy.
Patients who have systemic disease with joint involvement such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis.

Name Time Method The intensity of pain in patients with pillar pain. Timepoint: before intervention and 1 and 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Evaluation of patients hand function. Timepoint: before intervention and 1 and 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Brief-Michigan hand questionairre.
