Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients must have been referred for Capsule Endoscopy to St Mark's Hospital for suspected small bowel disease and be aged over 18 years old. Consecutive patients from the start date of the study will be recruited who fulfill the criteria and who are willing to take part.

- •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
- •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range
- •F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) yes
- •F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range
Exclusion Criteria
- •age \< 18 years,
- •known or suspected gastrointestinal tract obstruction,
- •known small bowel stricture or fistula,
- •permanent cardiac pacemaker or implantable defibrillator in\-situ
- •congestive cardiac failure
- •previous adverse reaction to Metoclopramide
