Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants are between 20 to 27 years old in male
- •\- The person who did the self questionnaires on the musculoskeletal condition and agreed with the clinical trial
- •\- College students who is not suffer from a chronic disease
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- If they have a clinical history related to musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disorders
- •\- If they have a scar on thigh
- •\- Overweight and underweight students
- •\- Within one week of clinical trial who exercised strenuously
- •\- The person who is dieting or weight training
