简要总结
Operative times and Blood loss, There was no significant difference between both techniques. Alignment in anteroposterior was significantly better in anteromedial plating group but no significant difference in clinical outcome The union rate did not have a significant difference between both groups. The radiographic healing was observed 3 months after surgery in 62 patients in both groups. All patients healed after follow-up. Except Two patients required re-fixation and IBG.

- •Closed humerus shaft fracture
- •Age between 20-60 years
排除标准
- •neurovascular injury, history of humerus fracture, abnormal bone morphology, open fracture and delayed fracture fixation of more than 6 weeks
