Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients of any gender, aged 14 –50 years, with a history of traumatic dental injury
  • •(Concussion / Subluxation / Extrusion / Intrusion/ Lateral luxation/ Avulsion)
  • •No evidence of caries or periodontal disease during intraoral examination or radiographic
  • •examination
  • •Systemically healthy patients with a non\-contributory medical history

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient with a history of Systemic inflammatory conditions or any chronic disease
  • •Patients who have taken systemic antibiotics or anti\-inflammatory medications within one
  • •month prior to enrollment will be excluded.
  • •Patient with primary or secondary acute periodontitis
  • •Periodontal probing depth greater than 4mm

Investigation of the effect of Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) on markers of inflammation in non-ST elevation acute coronary syndromes - MRC-ILA-HEART studyWe wish to investigate Acute coronary syndromes (ACS). These are caused by blockages in the main arteries that supply the heart as a result of a process called atherosclerosis. These blockages prevent blood flow down the artery and therefore prevent the heart muscle getting the blood and oxygen that it needs to survive and function.
