1. Patients with repeated chest tightness or long sigh as the main or only clinical symptoms;
2. Patients without wheezing sound in lung examination;
3. Patients without history of chronic cough and wheezing;
4. Excluding patients with chest tightness caused by other system diseases;
5. 6-14 years old patients who can cooperate with the detection of lung function and FeNO, and the bronchial provocation test is positive;
6. After initial diagnosis, the symptoms of patients treated with inhaled corticosteroids combined with long-acting ß 2 receptor agonists improved significantly.
1. Exclude patients with chest tightness caused by heart disease or other lung diseases;
2. Epileptic children are being treated with drugs;
3. Patients who are using beta blockers for various reasons;
4. Patients with resting heart rate > 120 beats / min.
