Inclusion Criteria
Patient between ages,18 and 60, with diagnosis of facio-maxillary injuries requiring tracheal intubation and ASA grades of I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with laryngotracheal injuries, laryngeal edema/epiglottitis/laryngotracheobronchitis/basal skull fractures/CSF rhinorrhoea/bleeding disorders/nasal polyp, abscess or foreign body/adenoids and previous nasal surgery.
