patients diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis from orthopedic opd,patients with cozens,mills,and maudsley test positive,patient willing to participate,patient able to understand patients rated elbow scale and numerical pain rating scale,patients with no medications.
fracture of humerus,radius and ulna with resultant deformity of the affected extremities,dislocation of the glenohumeral joint of affected side,history of injury or disease of shoulder,elbow and wrist on affected side,cervical radiculopathy and local steriod injection,contraindication for ultrasound.
