- •patients of type 1 diabetes mellitus
- •fasting blood glucose level > 250 mg/dl
- •post prandial blood glucose level > 350 mg/dl
- •patients having complication
- •other serious medical & surgical ill patient
- •patient cannot follow the dietary regime
