入选标准
- •1.Age greater than 50 years
- •2.Either gender
- •3.American Society of Anesthesiologists’ (ASA) physical status I, II or III
- •4.Scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Body Mass Index (BMI) exceeding 30 kg/m²
- •2.Taking angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors
- •3.Presence of any contraindications to spinal anesthesia
- •4.Patients scheduled specifically for unilateral spinal anesthesia
- •5.Failed spinal anesthesia
- •6.Patients with a baseline arterial systolic blood pressure (SBP) lower than 90 mmHg
- •7.Patient refusal to participate in study
