Inclusion Criteria

Women will be included in the sample; older than 18 years; TMD symptomatology; bruxism reported and possessing smartphone.

Exclusion Criteria

Use of painkillers; antiinflammatories; botulinum toxin; myorelaxant plate for TMD treatment; in orthodontic treatment; who only have a diagnosis of bruxism or TMD.
