Inclusion Criteria

  • Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Incomplete or inevitable abortion
  • 2\) renal failure, adrenal insufficiency, liver failure, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory distress
  • 3\) blood clotting disorder or on anticoagulant therapy
  • 4\) Anemia Hb \<8gm%
  • 5\) any history suggestive of drug and latex allergy
