Inclusion Criteria
- •Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Incomplete or inevitable abortion
- •2\) renal failure, adrenal insufficiency, liver failure, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory distress
- •3\) blood clotting disorder or on anticoagulant therapy
- •4\) Anemia Hb \<8gm%
- •5\) any history suggestive of drug and latex allergy
