Inclusion Criteria
Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
1) Incomplete or inevitable abortion
2) renal failure, adrenal insufficiency, liver failure, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory distress
3) blood clotting disorder or on anticoagulant therapy
4) Anemia Hb <8gm%
5) any history suggestive of drug and latex allergy
