入选标准
- •1. Healthy postmenopausal woman aged 48-65 years who has no menstruation for at least 12 months, be able to read and write in Thai, and be able to give consent by herself
- •2. Blood FSH >30 mU/ml
- •3. Body mass index = 18-30 kg/m2
- •4. CBC, AST, ALT, ALP, BUN, creatinine, and electrolytes show no clinically significance
排除标准
- •1. Estrogen or isoflavone treatment within 6 months prior to the study
- •2. Having allergic history to soy products, vitamin E, vitamin B3 or ceramide
- •3. Having medical history including skin cancers or skin infections or chronic diseases that contraindicated to soy products
- •4. Receiving medications, dietary supplement, herbal products, vitamin or minerals, or any products that may affect to skin such as antibiotics, steroid, immunosuppressants within 3 months prior to the study
- •5. Drinking alcohol, smoking or using recreational or narcotic drugs
