1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea;
2. Meets the syndrome differentiation standard of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome or Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;
3. Unborn women aged 18~30 years;
4. Consecutive 3 menstrual cycle is basically normal, that is (28±7) days;
5. Course of disease >= 6 months;
6. Level of pain (VAS score) >= 50 mm;
7. No painkillers or other analgesic therapy were taken within 24 h prior to the trial.
1. Informed consent was not signed;
2. After B ultra examination, the diagnosis was secondary dysmenorrhea;
3. Premenstrual syndrome;
4. There were acute history of cold and trauma within 1 week.
5. It is not convenient to detect the abnormal veins of both hands, that is physiological variation pulse and skin damage in cun pulse;
6. Patients with primary serious life-threatening disease of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and haematopoietic system, as well as patients with mental illness, gastric ulcer activity and asthma;
7. People are likely to miss visits characterized by frequent changes in the working environment and instability in the living environment.
