简要总结

Pelvic inflammatory disease is a common female gynecological disorder in the women of reproductive age. This study is a single arm, single-blinded, clinical trial on patients with Pelvic inflammatory disease with unani formulation for a total of 30 patients in India. The treatment will be given for 3 months. The subjective and objective parameters will be assessed on 0th day, 30th day, 60th day and 90th day.

入选标准

  • Women of reproductive age i.e, 20 years.
  • Married and Non-Pregnant women
  • USG reports suggestive of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.

排除标准

  • Patient Suffering From Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Surgical Emergency
  • Pregnant Women and Lactating Women
  • Patients with Appendicitis, Septic Abortions and Ovarian Cyst.
  • Women With Serious Medical Illness, CVD, Respiratory Diseases, Renal Disorders, TB.
  • Women With Serious Gynaecological Disorder like Pelvic Carcinoma and Systematic Disease.

主要结局

Change in Subjective Parameters Like Abnormal White Discharge, Lower Abdominal Pain, Nausea and Vomiting, Fever with chills, Dyspareunia and Dysuria

时间窗: At baseline and every 30th day for 3 months

次要结局

  • Change in Congested Cervix, purulent Discharge, Tenderness in Both Quadrants Of Lower Abdomen, On P/V decreased Abnormal Vaginal Discharge(At baseline (0th day), 30th day, 60th day and 90th day)
