简要总结
This study involves randomized intervention targeting pain and craniovertebral angle, with 36 participants divided into three groups: Kendall exercises + ergonomics (Group A), muscle energy technique (MET) + ergonomics (Group B), and ergonomics only (Group C). Pre- and post-intervention assessments will occur over 4 weeks.
Interventions:
- Group A: Kendall exercises focusing on cervical extensors, deep cervical flexors, shoulder retraction, and pectoral stretching, with advised ergonomics performed 5 times weekly with ergonomics.
- Group B: MET for the upper Trapezius, Scalenus, Sternocleidomastoid, and Levator scapulae, emphasizing isometric contractions and guided stretching with relaxation with ergonomics performed 5 times weekly.
- Group C: Ergonomic adjustments, including workspace design and posture education Weekly.
Assessment and Analysis: Pain levels and craniovertebral angles are evaluated before and after 4 weeks of intervention. Data analysis will follow the intervention period to assess effectiveness.

入选标准
- •Age between 25 and 40 years.
- •Male and female Neck pain on NPRS 5 or less than 5 CVA angle 50 degrees or less Provide informed consent and be willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Participants were excluded who were undergoing treatment for neck pain Having structural and functional scoliosis and hyperkyphosis Diagnosed neurological disorders, or musculoskeletal pathologies (such as a history of shoulder surgery, cervical or thoracic fractures, or whiplash injury) Psychological disorders any h/o of surgery around the shoulder and cervical regions Any congenital bony defects.
