- •all hospitalized trauma patients with multiple and major injuries and the patients who does not require emergency surgery in within 24 hours
排除标准
- •age <18 and >60 years,
- •pregnant females,
- •patient who dies without initial assessment/accompanied minors or unconsious adults,
- •patient who are unfit to mobilise for test and investigations,
- •patients who require emergency surgery within 24 hours
