Inclusion Criteria
all hospitalized trauma patients with multiple and major injuries and the patients who does not require emergency surgery in within 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
age <18 and >60 years,
pregnant females,
patient who dies without initial assessment/accompanied minors or unconsious adults,
patient who are unfit to mobilise for test and investigations,
patients who require emergency surgery within 24 hours

Name Time Method �to determine the effect of the TTS in hospitalized trauma patients on both types of missed injury rates (Type I - missed at initial management, but detected by TTS; Type II - missed at initial management and by TTS, detected during hospital stay) <br/ ><br>�% of patients requiring intervention after TTS for missed injuries <br/ ><br>Timepoint: baseline, at 1 day , at discharge
